I loved the spaciousness of the Deluxe Double or Twin Room, which felt like a home away from home. The Indonesian breakfast was a highlight, especially the fried rice, which I must say is the best I've had in Bali. The attentive staff made our stay memorable with their warm hospitality and even decorated our room beautifully for our anniversary!

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the large windows make it feel even roomier. The pool area offers a quiet escape, perfect for leisurely floats on a hot day, with a few sun beds to kick back on.

The pillows were lumpy, and some of the room's decor seemed a tad outdated. Accessibility is an issue, as there are steep stairs and uneven flooring. so if you're not sure-footed, think twice. I ran into some tech trouble with the power outlets and found the bathroom needed a deeper clean, particularly around the sink faucet and toilet. Lastly, accessing the area could be a slog due to heavy traffic, which can be especially frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with a genuine smile. I loved the spaciousness of my Superior Double Room, which included a comfortable king-sized bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The rooftop cafe offered delightful breakfast options and a relaxing ambiance.

The pool area could use more sun exposure!!! Some rooms suffer from noise from adjacent units, and the absence of a lift makes carrying luggage a hassle. Even the decor feels a tad outdated for the price!!!

Just a decent option for a lightning trip in Seminyak with reasonable price. The air conditioning actually worked well, which was a relief. Avoid the room on the top floor if you don’t want to climb stairs all the time.

Great staff, relaxing atmosphere, but Wi-Fi was often slow and intermittent.

Despite these minor setbacks, the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy.

we enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing staff who made my birthday feel special with a lovely setup, and the hotel's prime position means you can easily stroll to both fantastic eateries and the nearby beach for a lovely walk.

The Visala delivered an unexpected level of comfort with its huge bed and light-filled Superior Double Room. The hot water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally warm, making the stay feel extra special! The rooftop breakfast with beautiful views was the cherry on top.
